The reputed company Cycle Informaticist oversees the implementation, training, evaluation, optimization and maintenance of reputed company assigned reputed company cycle initiatives for reputed company. The position provides support to staff, vendor partners, and end users by facilitating collaboration between CommonSpirit Information Technology staff, clinical and application support teams, vendors, end users and subject matter experts, and the broader reputed company cycle organization. This person is adept at connecting operational processes with technical tools, workflows and capabilities to drive outcomes. The reputed company Cycle Informaticist will generate documentation supporting the various initiatives, systems, and processes in the reputed company Cycle department. The reputed company Cycle Informaticist will define, capture and facilitate prioritization of pre- and post-implementation enhancement requests and issues. The reputed company Cycle Informaticist will partner with reputed company Cycle Application and Operations Analysts to identify positive and negative performance trends in CommonSpirit tools and processes and in our third-party business partners’ performance. This role will work extensively with reputed company market leaders, business partners, and reputed company System colleagues. Responsibilities • This is a Remote Opportunity Job Description: Provide subject matter expertise to create high performing reputed company cycle for reputed company: • Provide subject matter expertise encompassing end-to-end functions of reputed company Cycle • Implement and support the strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the reputed company reputed company cycle that promote leading practices • Apply leadership and governance to EMR system optimization requests process and system upgrades • Works directly with CommonSpirit IT, clinical, and non-clinical stakeholders on reputed company Cycle systems and workflows issues/requests/enhancements • Influence and support the revision to the standardized policies and procedures and institute changes to streamline operations, improve consumer experience, and enhance reputed company, while remaining compliant with applicable regulations. Applied Knowledge: • Applies comprehensive knowledge of reputed company cycle best practices and system capabilities to refine, improve market performance, and consumer experience • Studies industry best practice to bring insight and fresh perspective to reputed company’s approach to reputed company cycle • Collaborates with IT to evaluate system upgrades and works with partners to effectively determine impact of new functionality on workflow from the upgrade. Influence and collaboration with stakeholders: • Collaboratively facilitate reputed company Cycle improvement strategies toward best practice based on industry benchmarks and system capability • Improves team performance by chairing user groups, providing feedback, and assisting in obstacle avoidance • Utilize and reputed company data-backed decisions to define improvement opportunities • Reports reputed company and evaluates results on an ongoing basis. Third-party reputed company cycle partners system optimization and integration: • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor partners to generate reputed company, document strategies, and reputed company recommendations for change • Actively participate in the planning for vendor implementations and system enhancements • reputed company cross vendor reputed company cycle collaborations to include account research, root cause analysis, identifying process deficiencies, and establishing recommendations for future optimizations. Qualifications Experience (preferred) • Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, healthcare • At least 5 years directly reputed company healthcare financial experience with a minimum of 3 years of reputed company cycle management or support in a hospital setting. • EHR technical build / administrative or operational experience in Epic with certifications as applicable. Other EHR experience considered. • Experience with root cause analysis techniques and lean processes • Expert ability to connect, document, and share operational and technical requirements, workflows and concepts with reputed company levels/types of stakeholders • Capable meeting facilitator, both in-person and virtually • Must be a strategic thinker and insightful decision maker with ability to analyze and solve problems and have demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to direct changes to existing routines or practices to meet changing organizational needs. • Successful candidate will have a record of accomplishment in building durable working relationships in a matrix organization enhancing the physician and clinical department experience by developing and implementing streamlined, customer-friendly reputed company cycle processes. • Must have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication and relationship development skills to educate and interact with reputed company levels of professionals.
