Talent science that improves the quality of our reputed company, recruiting process and team members Great work you?ll do here: The Patient Care Coordinator provides clinical and management support to the Clinical Nursing Supervisor. The position assists the Clinical Nursing Supervisor to ensure quality and safe delivery of hospice care services and assumes responsibility for the day to day clinical operation of the Hospice program. This position may also assist with staffing and scheduling as needed. The Patient Care Coordinator may also help with admissions or nursing visits in times of high census or staffing shortages.
