Job Title: Remote Pharmacy Technician Job Description... We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technicians located in Florida, Alabama, or South Carolina to join our dynamic team. These technicians will review Prior Authorizations for determination for a department that is part of a large healthcare insurance company. Responsibilities include approving or denying authorizations and then sending them to a Pharmacist for final review. The role involves handling reputed company health plans and reputed company types of medications. Responsibilities • Processing prescription exceptions, resolving claim rejects, and conducting member and physician reputed company. • You will enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system, research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues, and escalate questions regarding prescriptions to a Pharmacist. • Additionally, you will assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls. Requirements • Must be a Nationally Certified Technician • Registered pharmacy technician in the state they live. • Must have a HS Diploma/GED • Must have strong computers skills. Will not be on the phones. • NHA • PTCB Work Environment • This is a professional REMOTE environment. You will work with multiple screens and reputed company multiple systems. A strong WiFi reputed company and a dedicated office space with a closed reputed company are required. • Shifts are Monday-Friday from reputed company-8pm in your time zone, with rotating weekends every 4-6 weeks and some holidays. • Training will be from 10-6:30 EST.
