In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat • * Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner • * Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members • * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • * Assist with customer service-related tasks as needed Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • * Strong problem-solving abilities • * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • * Previous customer service experience is a plus • * Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools Experience:1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role preferred The pay range for this role is: 27 - 30 USD per hour(Meridian, ID 83642) PI250198213 Apply Job!
