We are seeking experienced educators and trainers to join our team as independent consultants. Key Responsibilities: ¬ē Facilitate high-energy, impactful professional development workshops for K-12 educators. ¬ē Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to education excellence. ¬ē Continuously enhance your knowledge through professional learning opportunities. ¬ē Empower teachers to implement innovative classroom management techniques and instructional practices. ¬ē Customize workshop content to address the unique needs of diverse schools and districts. Consultant Requirements: ¬ē Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). ¬ē Proven experience in K-12 education as a teacher, trainer, or consultant. ¬ē Outstanding communication and presentation skills with an ability to inspire. ¬ē Deep commitment to advancing teacher effectiveness and student success. ¬ē Self-motivated and capable of working independently as a contractor.
