Director, SAP Finance & Engagement Management Transformation – Contract KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO and is currently seeking a remote contractor. Responsibilities: • Lead the completion for our global SAP transformation program, an initiative focused on engagement management and finance, which will be enabled by the deployment of the SAP S4 professional services industry solution • Accountable for planning and supporting the socialization of local business cases that support the overall objectives of the transformation program • Responsible for overseeing a variety of critical deliverables, including the coordination of regional workshops to establish the regional architecture • Facilitate the resolution of business design decisions, ensuring seamless integration and extension designs, as well as data conversion designs • Mobilize and train teams for deployment in various regions, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed • Develop and implement strategies that align with our global vision Qualifications: • Minimum ten years of recent experience successfully leading large-scale SAP projects • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required • Extensive experience in SAP finance and engagement management transformation, with a focus on global deployment is strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of SAP finance and engagement management modules, including SAP S/4HANA Finance • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Open to occasional international travel KPMG complies with all local/state regulations in regard to displaying pay rate ranges. The pay rate range(s) displayed is/are specifically for those contracted who will perform work in or reside in the location(s) listed below, if selected for the role. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD, technology), and specific location, for example.
