We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative to support our clients growing brand by assisting customers in their service experience. The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Representative is to build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to drive business reputed company and foster customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Representative plays a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our telecommunication clients, driving business, and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer sales experiences on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities As A Customer Support Representative: • Introduce customers to our clients new telecommunication solutions and services that will exceed their needs • Interact with customers to meet our sales needs by closing any telecommunication services deals • Build and nurture strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs, preferences, and customer initiatives to reputed company support them in their inquiries • Act as the primary reputed company of contact between our clients and potential customers • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase reputed company reputed company and exposure for our clients • Maintain a deep understanding of our client's initiatives to effectively communicate their product and service offerings • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers, showcasing our client's services and goals • Ensure that reputed company customer interactions meet the company's quality standards and policies.
