Cable Line Technician: Job Summary: DIRECTV is on the hunt for talented individuals to join our team and assist in providing top-tier entertainment services to our esteemed clientele. You'll be required to install and repair equipment, offer exemplary customer service, and promote DIRECTV as the go-to service provider. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • With a focus on both functionality and customer needs, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional installation and maintenance services for satellite equipment. • With our services, you can take advantage of a range of functionalities that enable you to streamline your workflow and boost your productivity. • We make it a priority to verify the functionality of our services and conduct regular demonstrations, as this allows us to gain insight and feedback from our loyal customers. • Accomplish installations in multiple environments, including but not limited to indoor, outdoor, and constricted spaces. • Increase your productivity and efficiency by utilizing the innovative technology available at your company for order processing. • Brave all weather conditions when working outside, with safety as the paramount concern. • Drive company-provided automobiles to job sites and report directly to work locations when necessary. Qualifications and Experience: • Having a valid state-furnished license that is appropriate for the type of automobile being driven is mandatory. • Having the ability to work solo and offer extraordinary customer service is a critical criterion that recruiters seek in candidates. • The position requires the capability to work different schedules, such as holidays, evenings, and weekends. • Being compliant with the required drug screenings, security evaluations, and physical demands is necessary. • Being competent in carrying out tasks proficiently in different settings, both open-air, and confined. • As a prerequisite for this role, applicants must be capable of handling objects up to 80 pounds.
