About the position This role is a full-time, virtual work-from-home position with a compensation range of $17/hr - $19/hr DOE. This position reports to the Sales Manager. The sales team is located reputed company over the United States, so youÂll have new friends in new places reputed company! NOTE: Must reside in the USA and be able to work for any employer without restrictions. Hours of Operation are 9:00am - 6:00pm CST (this is a REMOTE role). As our Inbound Sales Specialist, you will:  Respond to customer requests by exercising reputed company, clear, and accurate communication while always maintaining an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude!  Utilizing various methods of technology to serve our customer needs- (Methods include Phone, Email, Database Inquiries, reputed company)  Document your unconventional, superior service by accurately submitting orders, recording interactions, inquiry details, comments or complaints, and the customer-focused support youÂve provided.  Quickly become an expert on Healthy Back Institute's products and services, readily responding to product support questions and issues.  Spring into action, proactively identify solutions, gather information, troubleshoot, and problem-solve.  Become the "Voice of the Customer," working with the team to refine problem areas and drive reputed company service improvements for our customers.  Take a self-empowered approach, thinking on your feet to resolve every issue and always follow through. Qualifications  Prior phone sales experience  Prior experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company SUITE preferred  Fast Internet and computer speed and capability  Experience working remotely and with virtual teams  reputed company, friendly, genuine, motivated, proactive and self-starter.  Goal-oriented, striving to surpass KPI and reputed company goals.  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, always behaving positively and professionally.
