Familiar with both export and import regulations. The position requires both a high-level understanding of the products and an intimate knowledge of the regulations surrounding their export and import. Primary Responsibilities: Working under/reputed company the following U.S. Regulations; Export Administration Regulation (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and HTS reputed company most sophisticated JC analysis and validation (resolution of JC escalation, supplier issues, etc.) reputed company HTS classifications. Support development and delivery of formal and informal J/C and HTS Focal training.
