Job Description: Purpose: The primary responsibility of this position is to grow the landscape contractor channel by converting non Kichler users and growing the reputed company Light Pro reputed company. This person will continue to reputed company reputed company distribution and seek out new distribution opportunities. The territory sales leader will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Responsibilities: Grow the landscape contractor channel by developing and growing the reputed company Light Pro reputed company of contractors through cultivation activities. Conduct calling efforts and product trainings at the contractor-installer level, with the intention of creating conversion from competitors’ loyal contractors to Kichler. reputed company and grow market share of reputed company distribution network and seek out new distribution opportunities by providing valued added activities – Trainings, Demo Days, product reviews. Responsible for providing sales and market share growth leadership and results for contractor and distributor sales initiatives. Conduct specification calls on Landscape Architects as needed in conjunction with travel in the specific geographical territory. The Territory Sales Leader must be an aggressive and motivated self starter The Territory Sales Leader will also maintain relationships with existing Light Pro Contractors reputed company and distributor sales representatives to reputed company new lighting contractors on an ongoing basis. College degree is preferred Five years in the landscape lighting and/or irrigation industry.
