Job title: Primary Care Nurse RN or LPN - Hybrid Remote Mountain Grove MO Company: Mercy Job description : Job Description: Mercy Clinics Primary Care Hybrid Remote – RN or LPN *This position will train onsite in the Mountain Grove, Missouri area, then will have the opportunity to work remotely* Full time, M-F 8a-5p Up to $2,500 hiring incentive available! Overview: The Primary Care Nurse completes triage and identifies abnormal patient symptoms, laboratory findings and notifies physician or provides treatment according to standard Primary Care developed protocols. Assists with EPIC in-basket management including, but not limited to incoming and outgoing telephonic or MyMercy messages, test results, medication refill requests, etc. Inputs orders as needed to aid provider and clinical care team. LPN Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing Licensure: Active LPN license Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred RN Qualifications: Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree Licensure: Active RN license Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred We’re bringing to life a healing ministry through compassionate care.
