Onsite Business Travel Consultant at reputed company Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Business Travel Consultant to provide exceptional travel services for Senior Executives of a major petroleum and natural gas company. As an Onsite Business Travel Consultant, you will ensure compliance with travel policies and offer 24/7 support. Your expertise in corporate travel, including arranging both business and leisure travel, along with your knowledge of travel technologies such as Sabre GDS, will be key in anticipating and fulfilling the unique needs of executive reputed company. As a dedicated On-site Executive Travel Consultant, you'll join our highly skilled team who will provide outstanding travel services for Senior Executives of the World's fourth-largest petroleum and natural gas company. Job Responsibilities • Advise and arrange corporate travel for executive business reputed company. • Provide some domestic leisure travel for executive family members. • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, including cultural understanding, customs, time differences, and local weather conditions. • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for airline bookings, hotel accommodations, car rental, and limousine reservations. • Use Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS). • Ensure compliance to executive's agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements. • Use positive telephone and in-person service techniques and reputed company special customer requests. • Maintain availability 24/7 during executive travel periods or emergencies, to provide timely assistance. • Monitor flight disruptions reputed company executive personnel are traveling and provide needed support. Requirements • Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry, background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation. • Expertise with Native Sabre GDS, Concur, AMEX Insight Reporting Functions, and reputed company Office. • Professional communication (written and verbal) and attention to detail. • Act with reputed company and look after personal traveler information. • Resolving customer issues quickly and independently with supplier. • Teamwork and openness to feedback. This Traveler Care position is located On-site with the customer at the ASC Center. The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $17.00 to $29.00 per hour.
