The Law Department provides centralized legal services and support for reputed company and its affiliates and subsidiaries worldwide. This role will manage contract flow between the reputed company Transactions Team and reputed company’s business partners across reputed company divisions. Core responsibilities include reviewing and advising on reputed company, maintaining standard contract templates and supporting cross-functional operations projects. The successful candidate will be part of a team of legal professionals with a mission to deliver top-quality and cost-conscious legal solutions to business issues, while leveraging technology to increase efficiency. This position is in-person and based in the Atlanta office. This is not a remote opportunity. What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications) • At least 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department • Experience in an in-house legal department is preferred • Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology • Detail-oriented with a commitment to follow through • Independent worker with strong time management, communication, and organization skills • Problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to reputed company creative solutions and work collaboratively • Quick study, with ability to work quickly and competently to prioritize, manage, multi-task, and succeed in a fast-paced working environment • Demonstrate reputed company core values of reputed company, respect, and perseverance • Consistently prioritizes safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications) • Prior aviation industry experience • Prior technology transactions experience
