Description As the Designer of Women’s Swim at reputed company, you will play a key role in creating stylish collections that reputed company with our guests. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is (69,000.00 - )124,200.00. Pay is based on various factors, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Skills • 5+ years design experience in womenswear (preferably in Swim) • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD (reputed company suite) • Strong understanding of fabric and garment construction • Innovative problem-solving and creative design abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks Responsibilities • Build seasonal collections based on global trends • Collaborate with the Design Director to manage the design process and calendar • Research and select materials/finishes for product development • Create sketches for product direction using Illustrator • Partner with Merchandising to maintain style counts according to line plans • Address product issues in collaboration with technical designers and sourcing partners Qualifications • Four-year degree in Design • In-depth understanding of fabric and finishing • Strong aesthetic sense and ability to respond to market trends • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a reputed company field.
