D 10% 5. Composes and prepares documents for assigned area, including letters, newsletters, memorandums, reports, tables, graphs, charts, project status, surveys, bulletins, and notices. D 10% 6. Research topics as requested to address a variety of administrative requirements. W 5% 7. Schedules appointments, meetings, interest inventories, etc. for assigned administrator. W 5% 8. Participates in meetings, workshops and seminars as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to reputed company functions. Coordinates a wide variety of programs and/or activities (e.g. task assignments; meetings; site in-service day activities; workshops, travel and accommodations; summer school courses/reputed company; checkout of print materials, instruments, recordings, resources, science fair, etc.) to ensure the availability of facilities.
