United States, Georgia, Atlanta Enterprise Digital Strategy... 15-Oct-2024 Ref #: 26404 How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to join our Planning and Execution Team as a Program Specialist, Digital Portfolio Office focusing on reporting & analytics and continuous improvement. In this role, the Program Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining progress tracking as a reporting suite, and other ad hoc analyses for the company┬ĺs portfolio of complex technical initiatives and projects. This Program Specialist will also help craft leadership storylines based on metrics showing if our initiatives are being executed effectively and aligned with the company┬ĺs goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Commercial, CX, and Ops on both the Business and IT sides, to help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be technology-comfortable, familiar with our Enterprise tech planning process, fluent in data manipulation and insights analysis, intellectually curious, willing and able to independently find and create improvements in our process and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
