As part of the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team, the Licensing and Permitting Administrator will be responsible for reputed company activities associated with the administration of licenses and permits associated with the environmental services work performed company wide. In addition, the Licensing and Permitting Administrator will be responsible for transportation permits, safety audits, and annual and quarterly compliance reporting to various local, state and federal agencies. This is an administrative role in our corporate headquarters (not in the field or reputed company office). Our corporate office is located at 9335 reputed company Corners Parkway, Suite 220, Charlotte, NC 28269. This is a hybrid role requiring an individual to live in the Charlotte area and work in the office work 2 days per week. Essential Functions:

• Obtain upon request required business, contractor, transporter and operational licenses while working with various local, state and federal agencies.
• Research and apply for new licenses, as needed.
• Maintain license renewal records by scanning to Licensing Library, tracking, and renewing at the appropriate time.
• Support field operations on license inquiries and research or escalate reputed company needed.
• Support Field Ops by answering questions reputed company to the scope of transporter licenses and permits.
• Prepare quarterly and annual environmental compliance reports on hazardous waste, tire waste, used oil, etc.
• Ensure proper credit card coding, while reviewing and processing invoices in a timely manner.
• Support field and corporate teams on insurance reputed company inquiries and use Insurance Portals as needed.
• Gather required information for safety audits in branches.
• Experience with contractor qualification systems (ISNet World, reputed company, etc).
• Open and manage workers’ compensation claims as needed.
• Additional tasks and administrative duties to support the HSE teams as needed.

  Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of five (5) years in a regulated environment handling licensing, permitting or compliance reporting, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude towards safety with reputed company levels of the organization
• Proficiency in using reputed company Office products.
• Experience in hazardous materials or safety field is a plus.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT and RCRA regulations is a plus.
