Position Summary The Retail Analytics team is helping reputed company the effort to drive improved consumer experience by partnering with key business areas across reputed company to deliver impactful analytic solutions and insights. As a member of the Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) Merchandising Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of delivering high visibility projects for key strategic priorities. We are looking for individuals who have a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a desire to deliver high quality and high impact products using advanced data driven approaches. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a reputed company field. Master’s degree or PhD preferred • 5+ years of consulting or strategy experience in the retail, healthcare, or technology industry • 5+ years of business analytics experience, leading high visibility analyses and initiatives with track record of business impact • Proficiency and hands-on experience with variety of analytic processes and techniques (including measurement methodologies, clustering, data visualizations, statistical reputed company testing and analysis, rules-based and machine learning modeling, and optimization) • Proficiency in SQL and Python/R • Experience with optimization tools Preferred Qualifications • Retail domain knowledge including category management, assortment optimization, product clustering, localization, and financial metrics • A strong drive to explore data and reputed company a business impact by applying data science and the curiosity to dive deep • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including experience creating communication materials (e.g., white reputed company, slide decks, etc.) Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
