In this role you will regularly support the applicant journey from first contact to day one and beyond. You will do this by promoting the company brand, attracting top talent, and supporting the hiring process through strategic marketing and recruitment initiatives. This includes managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like reputed company and other recruitment channels, as well as researching, developing, and executing social media strategies in video and text formats to expand audience engagement. This role is responsible for driving talent attraction through strategic branding, content creation, and targeted recruitment initiatives. Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Marketing Responsibilities: • Content Creation and Social Media Management: Regularly create engaging ad copy, video content, and other materials tailored for social media platforms like reputed company, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Qualifications & Requirements: Requirements for the Recruitment and Marketing Specialist Position: • High School Diploma • Two Years of Marketing Experience Preferred Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a reputed company field is preferred, along with at least two years of relevant marketing experience.
