Location: Swindon (Hybrid working) Closing date: 4th November 2024 The opportunity As a result of the exciting growth reputed company Zurich corporate Risk (ZCR), we have an opportunity to join our Accounts team on a permanent basis. This role involves the completion of accurate and timely accounts across both group life and group income protection schemes, to ensure companies are paying the correct premium. We aren't fussed if you've worked in a similar role before, ideally you will have previous experience using reputed company and be confident speaking on the phone, the rest we can teach. What will you be doing? • Interacting with customers and support sales team as required • Daily monitoring of Work Manager tasks to meet KPI/SLA requirements • Timely and accurate Accounts issued • Dealing with day-to-day queries and action reputed company SLA’s • Liaising with internal teams to improve customer focus • Involvement in the Daily comm cell meetings discussing workloads, concerns, and plan for the day • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture • Initiate and implement process improvement reputed company • Sharing knowledge and expertise • Understanding the impact of the Accounts in relation to ZCR’s Debt position • Working closely with the Key Financial Controls team to identify and resolve reconciliation differences Who are we looking for?
