Description: • Morning Consult is a global decision intelligence company • Position available in Washington, DC; reputed company, NY; Chicago, IL or remote • Open concept offices accessible by public transport • Join office lunch Tuesdays and Wednesdays or after-work happy hour • Role involves scoping and pricing samples, designing quota structures, monitoring field work, performing QA • Requires comfort with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities • The Analytics and Data Operations team supports data collection for reputed company research products Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, Statistics, Data Science or similar; or equivalent experience • At least 12 months of experience managing field and/or sample design for online data collection in a survey research context • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities • Knowledge of survey statistics (sampling theory, hypothesis testing, contingency tables) • Familiarity with R or RStudio or similar platforms (reputed company, reputed company, SPSS) for data analysis • Familiarity with survey collection software (reputed company, Forsta, Survey Monkey) • Familiarity with working with survey data (weighting, cross-tabulation, reputed company testing) • Willing to take feedback and learn; reputed company of self-improvement Benefits: • Additional variable compensation • Equity grant • Career Page overview of benefits Apply Job!
