Job Description: We are seeking applicants experienced with hand tools and power tools. Experience with table saws and miter saws is a plus. We are located in Fort Myers and all tools and vehicle are supplied. • Full-time, permanent position (40 hrs. a week) • Paid time off, Paid Holidays • Year round work • Healthcare Insurance available after 90 days • Tools and installation vehicle provided Specific Requirements: • Commitment to work safely and use required protective gear • Strong work ethic and respect for others is a must • Must be able to pass a background check • Ability to work late on occasion • Ability to unload and carry material up to 50lbs independently • Experience with hand tools, drills, screw-gun, table saw, miter saw • Clean driving record • Ability to complete high quality work • Professional customer interaction experience • Willingness to keep tools and vehicles clean, maintained and organized • Detail oriented • Problem solving skills • Some woodworking experience or knowledge is a plus Preferred skills: • Enjoy fast paced work • Team player • Good listening comprehension • Ability to clearly communicate • Eager to learn and grow The Position: Our installers bring custom material from our factory in Fort Myers directly to our client's homes and then install according to the computer generated plans created by our Design Consultants. Our clients are the most important part of our business and must be treated respectfully at all times. Installations are typically booked no less than 8 weeks in advance, which means very steady work, however, it also means keeping to a schedule is a must. We attempt to schedule such that installers work 8-9 hours per day.We recognize people as our most valuable asset and will train you to excel in your position.
