Requirements: • Bachelor's degree AND 12 years of global experience driving digital (IT) initiatives for supply chain operations coupled with S4Hana implementation and optimization experience. • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field is preferred. • A Master's degree is preferred. • Experience with advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain in a supply chain context. • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain digital transformation. • Certification in supply chain management or reputed company fields (e.g., APICS, CSCP, PMP). • Strong understanding of order management, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment processes. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and manage reputed company projects. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at reputed company levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Experience in the Life Sciences industry, including the reagents business and lifecycle. • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
