About the position CPS Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk to join an innovative company in Syracuse, NY. This position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of customer service operations and ensuring accurate data entry. The role is designed for individuals who possess excellent typing skills and a strong attention to detail. The working hours for training are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, transitioning to a schedule of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM after training. This position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and is an immediate need for the company. Once training is completed, there may be an opportunity for a hybrid remote work schedule, allowing for flexibility in work location. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working independently. The responsibilities of the Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk include entering customer orders quickly and accurately, updating and maintaining the database, answering phones, and performing other duties as assigned.
