- Review and analyze incoming patient data, including vital signs, symptoms, and other relevant health indicators
- Identify and address any critical or out-of-range readings promptly and escalate as necessary according to established protocols
- Monitor patients' vital signs and health data remotely using specialized monitoring equipment and software
- Communicate with patients reputed company phone to discuss their health status and provide guidance as needed
- Explain medical terminology and procedures in an understandable manner, ensuring patients are informed and engaged in their healthcare management
- Address patient concerns and questions promptly, providing reassurance and guidance where necessary
- Manage a significant volume of patient calls reputed company established timelines
- Work towards achieving personal and team performance metrics

Requirements:
- Active Compact LVN/LPN
