The Corporate FP&A Business Support team is hiring for a Finance Manager to lead the team responsible for strategic finance support for our Corporate business functions. As a finance manager you will lead the team delivering planning, reporting and analysis; and drive business value through influencing investment decisions. The finance manager will need to balance the team’s priorities to support the business needs. You will lead a team of finance professionals in their development, to enhance the skills and expertise of the team. As finance manager, you and your team will… • Lead planning & analysis for complex cross-functional programs, working across the Enterprise, coordinating with peer Finance teams, and business partners to develop and deliver business cases and status updates • Own, prepare, and communicate complex analysis to support critical business initiatives and decisions • Present leadership updates regarding initiatives, programs, and projects • Lead Strategic Planning, Operational Planning and Financial Planning for Corporate G&A functions • Foster cross-functional relationship management across finance functions and business partners • Provide coaching to team and peers We’d Love To Hear From People With • Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams (5 years) • Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business planning (7 years) • Process improvement management (5 years) • Making recommendations to decision makers (5 years) Required Knowledge And Skills • Ability to lead a team with multiple work streams and priorities • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing • Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to project management and change management processes • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities From free coffee to competitive pay, Starbucks is proud to offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to our eligible part-time and full-time partners.
