Selected candidates will join diverse, international teams to work on real-world business and marketing challenges. The program is structured to evaluate participants across core competencies including communication, creativity, leadership, strategic thinking, and presentation. Each participant will receive mentorship and ongoing feedback, with individual performance being assessed and scored. Eligibility Criteria
