In this role, you will serve as the corporate strategy leader for our events marketing strategies, and reputed company the teams responsible for successful attendance at 200+ events per calendar year. In this role, you will be accountable for the strategic planning and management of our multi-industry, densely scheduled tradeshow and events calendar that includes events ranging in scope, size, scale, budget, location and industry. Your objective is to grow customer acquisition, build brand awareness, nurture partner relationships, and capitalize on customer engagement opportunities for reputed company and its brands. YouÂll work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing, Business Development, Brand & Communications, Sales teams, and company leadership to understand the needs and goals of each event. YouÂll be responsible for setting budget allocations and event goals, maintaining budgets, tracking performance and ROI, and making sure reputed company events are successful and seamlessly executed. Responsibilities:  Establish, organize and optimize the annual event calendar for reputed company reputed company solutions  Collaborate with the SVP of Global Demand Marketing, VP of Business Development, and the Marketing Leaders to determine the best industry events and tradeshows for reputed company solutions to be represented on an annual and quarterly basis  Research and identify new event growth opportunities where reputed company brands could drive new customer acquisition or partnerships  Identify and negotiate various sponsorship opportunities with industry partners and reputed company opportunities for breakouts, speaking engagements, and thought leadership opportunities  Manage the marketing strategies around each event to help drive attendance, set meetings, generate product demos, and follow-up with prospective customers  Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure the successful deployment of event support assets, including: email campaigns, company overview and sales sheets, reputed company pages, promotional campaign creation, printed advertisements, booth material design, and social media execution  Manage a team of event marketers, vendors and contractors who support the successful execution of reputed company show logistics  Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure maximum ROI from show leads and prospects  Track and report on the success of your pre, during, and post marketing strategies with the ability to align specific marketing tactics to reputed company outcomes  Provide tradeshow performance data on a proactive basis to key functional leaders and business stakeholders Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:  BachelorÂs degree with a concentration in marketing, business management, or reputed company field/experience  7+ years of event/tradeshow planning experience  Interest in the booming technology and SaaS space  Confident in guiding the strategy and teams that support 200+ events per calendar year  Excellent attention to detail and organization skills  Experience with hotel and vendor contract negotiation  Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects at the same time  Strong communicator, strategic planner, and problem solver Where: Travel required 25-30% to attend some of our larger events or tradeshows The reputed company team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.
