We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Enrollment Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and managing healthcare enrollment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including IT professionals, operations teams, and... compliance officers, to drive enhancements to enrollment systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare enrollment procedures, regulations, and business analysis methodologies. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze current healthcare enrollment processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for enrollment system enhancements or new implementations. • Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee the development and implementation of system enhancements. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, ACA, and other relevant standards, throughout the enrollment process. • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials, to support enrollment operations. • Conduct training sessions for staff involved in healthcare enrollment to ensure understanding of procedures, regulations, and system functionalities. • Monitor enrollment performance metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities for further optimization. • Proactively identify and address risks and issues related to enrollment processes and systems. • Stay informed about changes to healthcare regulations and industry best practices related to enrollment and incorporate updates into operational processes. • Provide support and guidance to customer service teams to resolve enrollment-related inquiries and issues effectively Apply Job!
