Job Title: Dot Net Application Lead Location: REMOTE... Experience: 10+ years Visa: USC only Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dot Net Application Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing software engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on .NET technologies. Responsibilities: Development Expertise: • Possess 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer. • Demonstrate proficiency in developing software solutions using technologies such as C#, .NET, REST API design and development, OOPs, and Angular/React. • Essential 2+ years of hands-on experience with React, GraphQL, and containers. Technical Leadership: • Showcase 2+ years of experience in managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing a highly motivated technical workforce. • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills. Automation and Testing: • Have strong experience with Test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium. • Possess a solid understanding of software testing methodologies. Recruitment and Team Building: • Demonstrate experience in interviewing, recruiting, hiring, assessing, and retaining technical personnel. • Collaborate with architects and product owners to understand capacity and demands, optimizing skills within the teams. Continuous Improvement: • Foster an environment of learning and continuous improvement for both individual and team development. • Participate in evaluating technologies, running effective technology proof of concepts, and coordinating technology vendor relationships. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work on cross-functional initiatives and products that cover several organizations, business units, or countries. • Demonstrate experience in fast-paced Agile environments. Agile Methodologies: • Possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and serve as a recognized servant leader. Requirements: • USC only due to client requirements. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. • Experience in API Management Tools and event streaming technologies like Kafka. • Proven ability to encourage development team members to create a rewarding working environment.
