WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) • Preferred Language of Destination – Spanish with the ability to pass standardized language assessment both verbal and written. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. Must be proficient in English. Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds. Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
