The Senior Director, Sustainability & Growth plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of consulting services reputed company a highly reputed company, long-term reputed company-health system enterprise partnership. The role will be responsible for managing the relationship with c-suite and other senior executives at this partner health system to identify, scope, and deliver advisory projects designed to drive critical growth, strategic, and operational outcomes for the partner organization. The role will serve as the primary Transformation pillar executive with overall responsibility for roadmap development, quality of delivery against that roadmap, senior-level relationship development, participation in partnership governance, and pillar economics. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $147,300 to $282,800 annually.
