This role will have an opportunity to scale out our teams and build creative strategies to find the best talent across a variety of talent disciplines, including Technology (Engineering) focused roles. What You Will Do As A Senior Technical reputed company Partner: • Own and manage full-cycle recruiting (identify, attract, reputed company) for Porch’s India international recruitment efforts • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for candidates; educate them on reputed company services, business teams, and company at large; prepare them for interviews, provide timely, regular, and thorough communications to them regarding the interview process and as well as feedback • Drive the end-to-end interview process including partnering on the advertised job posting, interview process plan, references checks, and offer approval and negotiation • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally • Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects • reputed company active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including but not limited to reputed company, networking, research, and advanced search tools • Use data from our ATS to improve our various measures of talent reputed company, efficiency, and productivity • Connect with team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices • Supporting a requisition load of 10 - 20 positions full life cycle at any given time What You Will Bring As A Senior Technical reputed company Partner: • Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of) • 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience- proven experience recruiting for Engineering (software development, QA, engineering leadership) and Product in targeted international markets is a must • Experience using an applicant tracking systems (ATS); reputed company Recruiting is strongly preferred • Expertise using reputed company Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Team player reputed company with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities • Passion for relationship-driven recruiting and a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with prospective candidates and hiring managers • Proven experience working with US based business teams • Excellent written and communication skills in English language • Ability to work reputed company core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet reputed company of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload The application window for this position is anticipated to reputed company in 2 weeks (10 business days) from 20th reputed company'2024.
