Key Responsibilities • Deliver individualized educational services within a virtual resource room setting. • Foster a supportive learning environment through effective behavior support strategies. • Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and support personnel to create and assess individualized education plans (IEPs) while tracking student progress. • Leverage technology to design and implement engaging virtual lessons that captivate students. • Keep comprehensive records of student progress and ensure compliance with IEP regulations. Required Skills • Valid Alabama Special Education certification. • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. • Proficiency in working effectively within a remote, technology-driven environment. • Experience with virtual educational tools and platforms is an asset.
