Key Responsibilities • Oversee accounts payable and promptly address vendor inquiries for a diverse client base. • Execute general accounting tasks, including transaction entry and reconciling both bank and balance sheet accounts. • Verify and reconcile payments related to accounts payable, ensuring accurate account allocations. • Manage accounts receivable for precise financial reporting. • Post and reconcile sales and payroll transactions. • Participate in special projects as required. Required Skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential. • Strong data entry and analytical capabilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Self-driven with proactive problem-solving abilities. • Capacity to independently manage projects. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred. • 5 to 10 years of experience in bookkeeping or staff accounting. • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous.
