Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salesforce System Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce environments, ensuring operational excellence, security, and performance, particularly focusing on Salesforce GovCloud... Key Responsibilities • Manage the daily administration and upkeep of our Salesforce systems. • Support and enhance existing Salesforce applications, aligning them with organizational needs and compliance standards. • Facilitate onboarding and training for new users and applications, ensuring seamless integration. • Oversee user roles, permissions, and data access to maintain security within Salesforce environments. • Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues to optimize system functionality. • Coordinate Salesforce integrations with other systems and platforms. • Maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, processes, and user documentation. • Identify and implement opportunities for enhancements and best practices to improve Salesforce efficiency. Required Skills • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and customization. • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Capability to obtain and retain U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required). • Experience with Salesforce GovCloud is essential. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, with demonstrable experience in Salesforce GovCloud. • Salesforce Certified Administrator. • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are advantageous. • Familiarity with government regulations and standards through prior experience in a government setting is a plus.
