Hourly Wage: • $16.50 - $22.50 per hour • Premium Pay: Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on the schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums may apply if eligible. Job Description: As an Online Order Filling Associate, your primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently fill online orders. You will: • Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders. • Ensure orders are correct and ready for customer pickup. • Make product substitutions when necessary and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain a high level of accuracy when filling online orders. • Package orders carefully for customer pickup. • Provide excellent customer service by consulting with customers for product substitutions. • Work efficiently to meet performance and quality standards.
