Job title: Student Achievement Strategist English Language Arts (Grades K-2) Company: Isaac School District Job description : This position will assist teachers and schools in identifying and implementing strategies that will increase student achievement, which will involve instructional coaching, professional development organizing, core-subject knowledge teaching, data-use training, and technology tools training. QUALIFICATIONS: Master?s Degree from an accredited college or university and a valid AZ teachers? certificate Valid Arizona English As A Second Language (ESL) or Bilingual Endorsement preferred Five years successful experience teaching English Language Learners preferred Experience with diverse student populations Knowledge and experience in Scientifically Based Research (SBR) instructional strategies and programs Knowledge of blended learning models, preferred Experience using a variety of technological tools, preferred Ability to work collaboratively with reputed company staff Experience in successful school turnaround efforts, preferred Experience in Data Analytics, preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with teachers and principal in identifying instructional and solution strategies that will accelerate student achievement Provide ?real time? instructional coaching and other professional development to enhance teacher?s content knowledge and effective use of instructional strategies.
