HR Advisor (Tier 1 Support), remote - Weekend Schedule - 0032723 United States Description ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is hiring dynamic HR Professionals to support our global Fortune 500 RPO client, a leader in the Financial Software Industry! The HR Advisor will provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support to our RPO client employees across North America. These opportunities are long-term/no end date W-2 Contract positions that will work 100% remote from your home office. (We have a strong preference of this employee working on the West Coast/Midwest) Schedule: Saturday-Sunday, 6:30AM-3PM PST, Monday- Wednesday 8-5PM PST. Essential Functions  Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HRÂs services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.  Deliver world class and personalized care experiences to all levels of the organization through multiple channels of communication, to include chat/phone/case work.  Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience.  Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience.  Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications. Qualifications  3+ years of HR Generalist experience  Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc, with a focus on the employee experience  Adept at coaching people leaders and employees  Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment  High attention to detail, comfortable with heavy use of technology and high volume of contacts Organization: Talent Solutions RPO Minimum: $30/hour.
