How you will reputed company an impact As the Executive Director, Digital Transformation you will define and execute key Halozyme digital strategies that unlock insights that can drive enterprise transformation, innovation, and operational efficiencies. You will build out enterprise AI and data analytics systems and capabilities, as well as identify emerging technologies, to align with corporative strategic imperatives and functional objectives. As a key member of the IT leadership team and a team leader, you ensure reputed company AI and data digital initiatives are reputed company and support corporate strategic imperatives. Budget responsibilities for AI and data digital transformation portfolio investments and services To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or data science/analytics, engineering or reputed company field required with minimum of 15 years of Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics, AI, MI, data management and data reputed company experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered) Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles in information technology and/or Data Science Deep knowledge of Data Analytics and AI models Experience with M&A activities and integrations Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to communicate effectively at reputed company levels of the organization, including ‘C’ level. Ability to quickly drill down to solve problems and take ownership of the resolution.
