In this role, you will be responsible for: Â CEO Time Optimization: Ensure the CEO's time is maximized effectively, recommending and making adjustments to daily schedules based on shifting priorities. Â Task Management: Ensure that the CEO's tasks and projects are always reputed company with the organization's strategic objectives. Track and ensure that follow-up action items are completed. Â Communication Triage: Prioritize and assist in response to emails, calls, and requests addressed to the CEO, determining which require immediate attention and which can be deferred or delegated. Â Calendar Management: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO, ensuring scheduling conflicts donÂt occur. Â Document Preparation: Create, edit, and proofread business documents, presentations, and reports. Â Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and reputed company logistics for board meetings, company-wide events, and other initiatives. Organize necessary materials for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-reputed company are addressed. Prepare the CEO as needed, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to handle reputed company discussions. Â Feedback reputed company: Act as a sounding board for the CEO, providing feedback on various matters from an operational perspective. Â Five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with direct experience managing or supporting a CEO or senior executive.
