Creatunity LLC, a rapidly growing marketing agency and e-commerce company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for voice account and chat to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients ? Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department ?
