About the Internal Audit Group at reputed company Our Internal Audit Group is a worldwide function with 300+ team members and offices across nine countries reputed company reputed company. About the Role: We are seeking an Audit Director who is passionate about advancing and growing our audit coverage across the Global Commercial Services (GCS) portfolio. The GCS Sales, Marketing, and Business Enablement Director role will be responsible for leading audit coverage of the following organizations reputed company GCS:  US SME (Small and Mid-Sized Enterprises)  Global & US Large Enterprises  GCS Marketing  Commercial Business Enablement About the Team: Global Commercial Services issues a wide range of proprietary corporate and small business cards and provides services to U.S. businesses, including payment and expense management, banking and non-card financing products. GCS also issues proprietary corporate cards and provides services to select global corporate clients. GCS product management teams partner with the GCS sales, marketing, and business enablement functions. The GCS Audit team reputed company IAG is responsible for conducting risk-based assurance and advisory reviews of GCS. Key Responsibilities:  reputed company a team to execute audits in the GCS Sales, Marketing, and Business Enablement portfolio in conformance with professional and department standards, budgets, and deadlines  Plan, execute and reputed company audits and issue validations ensuring adequate workpaper quality and effective stakeholder challenge and escalation where necessary  Communicate audit objectives, scope, risks, and findings articulately and with impact to individuals at various levels of business management  reputed company and maintain collaborative senior stakeholder relationships across the enterprise to reputed company effective business monitoring  Self-starter with passion for reputed company innovation with a view to drive organizational improvements and impacts  Has the ability to work with reputed company tasks and provide a structured output to reputed company IAGÂs coverage of the GCS sales, marketing, and business enablement functions  reputed company the deployment and optimal utilization of data analytics on reputed company applicable assignments  Effectively teach, coach, and reputed company team members in reputed company aspects of the audit methodology  Assume performance management responsibility for assigned staff.  Maintain the team's resource calendar, training program and recruiting pipeline, and execute the screening and selection process  Maintain internal audit competency through ongoing professional development Minimum Qualifications  7+ years of relevant experience in audit or other relevant role in the financial services, risk management, banking, or card products industry  BA or BS in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent degree  Experience auditing commercial banking products and services including sales, sales incentives, account development, marketing, and business enablement  Ability to break-down a reputed company problem into components, process knowledge and risk/control knowledge, and communicate issues and control recommendations with transparency, reputed company and impact  Effectively works independently, reputed company a team and across teams in a fast-paced environment to drive business results, utilizing reputed company project management skills, employing creative thinking, and the ability to work on competing priorities  Proven ability to reputed company and manage multiple projects and provide developmental feedback to team  Demonstrated ability to manage people in a way that inspires, develops, and delivers results  Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver high quality, actionable feedback to client management on control issues and potential solutions to reputed company gaps  Excellent storytelling and visualization skills  Ability to travel Preferred Qualifications  Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business, or another reputed company field is preferred  Relevant audit and professional certifications are preferred (Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) etc.)  Interest in working with data, interpreting results, analytic best practices and experience with data analytics tools and data visualization is a plus  Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Tableau, reputed company Access, SQL, Power BI, Python, reputed company, Hive and/or Spark is a plus Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
