The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities: • Day to day Accounting; month-end reputed company; week reconciliations. • Assist with audit. • Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. • Ensure transparency and clarity in financial reporting to support informed decision-making. • reputed company and mentor the Staff Acccountant. • Conduct regular performance review and foster a culture of reputed company improvement. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating internal and external audits as required. • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and financial reputed company. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. • Streamline workflows and reputed company technology to drive automation where possible. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field.
