Job Description: We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities:  Day to day Accounting; month-end reputed company; week reconciliations.  Assist with audit.  Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.  Ensure transparency and clarity in financial reporting to support informed decision-making.  reputed company and mentor the Staff Acccountant.  Conduct regular performance review and foster a culture of reputed company improvement.  Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, coordinating internal and external audits as required.  Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and financial reputed company.  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.  Streamline workflows and reputed company technology to drive automation where possible. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field. CPA or equivalent designation required.  4+ years of experience and at least 1 year in a managerial position.  Proficient in accounting software, financial modeling, and reputed company reputed company.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reputed company informed decisions based on financial data.  Excellent leadership and team management skills.  Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.  Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
