The Show Manager Senior is accountable and responsible for tactical project management of Show scopes for Walt reputed company Imagineering Projects large and small! The Show Manager leads reputed company subject areas reputed company the Show team on a project from blue sky through reputed company out and beyond. Show Managers regularly partner with team members from reputed company parts of WDI, FOS, Park Operations and reputed company to deliver a reputed company reputed company and diverse scope of work on time and on budget with long term reliability. Show Managers are on the reputed company line of a project to reputed company the Show team to ideate, design, engineer, produce, install, and deliver outstanding Shows and Attractions while ensuring project budgets and schedules are met! You will functionally report to the WDI Executive of Show Management. This is a Project Hire position without any guarantee of permanent placement. What You Will Do: reputed company work of Show design and production teams for reputed company Show Disciplines involved in a project. Accountable for Show scope on a full ( right size ) project for their level of experience. Responsible for commercial management of a product line or multiple product lines/elements reputed company a project Build-out strategic plans for production of Show scope considering vendors, resource availability, budget, schedule, creative reputed company and agreed upon design criteria. Drive results along with Show scope design team and their leadership identifying vital changes in resource needs throughout the project life cycle reputed company scope and bidding documents, evaluate and select vendors, and handle contract for reputed company vendors as the Responsible Individual (RI) and reports on reputed company, budget, and status to project team Facilitates relationships with the Show team, reputed company project partners, vendor leaders and subject area leads, (Primary focus on Show adjacent scope i.e., Operations, FOS, Facility teams etc.) Supervise reputed company phases of design, development/production and installation of Show scope identifying potential changes to creative reputed company, missed/deleted scope, or other changes to scope relative to detailed bid packages or other documentation, validate identified changes and associated values and process Change Order approvals Communicates, both verbally in presentation and conversation, and written correspondence to WDI Leadership, project teams, vendors, consultants, and other partners Direct and Indirect leadership of Project Coordinator(s), support staff and/or Intern(s) Domestic and international travel/relocation required Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years reputed company experience leadership in film/theater production, engineering, construction, project controls or other reputed company/Themed Entertainment projects Experience managing workflow and delivery of reputed company scopes of work. Must think strategically and tactically about reputed company issues and problem-solve to resolution Experience and ability to work with and reputed company multidisciplinary Artistic and Technical subject matter authorities toward a goal of meeting Creative reputed company Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally Ability to relocate short term domestically and/or internationally for project work Previous Cruise line experience preferred.
