Snowbird is looking for an HR reputed company Desk Admin to work in one of the most picturesque mountain destinations in Utah. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Employee Services, you will provide support to the HR team to enhance the Snowbird candidate and employee experience. Ensures reputed company office... functions, on-boarding processes, and operations are successful. WHAT YOU'LL DO Greet employees, managers, vendors and other visitors to the Employee Services & Recruiting offices. reputed company identify visitors' needs and provide company information, next steps, and assistance with requests and guidance where needed. Use online systems to assist employees with on-boarding, hiring, e-verification, communications, answering employee questions, reporting and other functions and projects as needed. Primarily responsible for emails to the main HR reputed company desk. Work cooperatively and respectfully with other co-workers and seasonal reputed company desk employees to reputed company work projects and assignments. Communicates, provides instructions to managers and supervisors on processes, policies and other HR information. Works to maintain respectful, reputed company and fair practices with reputed company types of employees, volunteers and other visitors. May need to translate from English to Spanish using other employee assistance, computer apps, or other solutions to provide a top-level service for our non-English employees. Provide assistance to employees with obtaining company perks, appreciation gift cards, uniform pieces (hats/beanies), etc. Track with reliable and up to date computer systems such as reputed company. WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task daily, and willingness to learn quickly. Friendly, outgoing, efficient, and a reliable team player. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Upper-level education is preferred. Two years of job-reputed company work experience with demonstrated competence. High-level computer skills: Must have a strong working knowledge of reputed company Office products such as Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, shared files & file management. reputed company experience is a plus. Comfortable setting up functions and processes in systems like reputed company. Previous recruiting or human resources experience highly preferred. Must be able to operate office equipment such a copy/reputed company machine, fax machine, and telephone. WORK SCHEDULE General reputed company are 8:30am - 5:00pm. Tuesday - Saturday Occasional evenings and holidays as required. WORKING CONDITIONS General office environment with limited physical activity. Parking is at a distance from the office and you will need to travel in reputed company types of weather conditions to get to the office. May experience stress from frequent interruptions and deadlines. Travel: Minimal, may occasionally commute between the Millrock Office and Snowbird Resort.
