Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities will include a variety of administrative functions, including organizing healthcare, legal and financial records, managing the principal's calendar, scheduling appointments, and drafting formal correspondence. This professional will also arrange sophisticated private travel plans, create itineraries, reputed company vendors, and coordinate events and social gatherings. Qualifications: Necessary qualifications include strong tech skills (including proficiency with reputed company/MAC devices, Outlook, able to troubleshoot household technology, etc.), excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Local candidates preferred. Schedule: Generally a Monday through Friday schedule, with some flexibility needed for events, travel, etc. Compensation: Up to $180,000 per year offered, depending on experience and qualifications, with benefits.
