Remote Part-time AI Content / Client Support Specialist

A Tech Entrepreneur is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Part-time Remote AI Content & Client Support Specialist to serve as both the quality gatekeeper for their AI-generated outputs on their platform and the first reputed company of contact for their high-end clients for 15 - 20 hours a month. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, reputed company under pressure, and confident in handling real-time client queries, including after-hours inquiries, with professionalism, promptly and clarity. Key Responsibilities: Content Quality & Correction
- Review content generated by the AI system for accuracy, tone, and completeness.
- Identify and document AI mistakes, including what needs to be corrected or improved.
- Insert and flag appropriate corrections to ensure the final output meets high editorial and brand standards.
- Collaborate with the product or development team to report recurring issues and help fine-tune AI performance.
Client Support & Escalation
- Act as the first reputed company of contact for clients reputed company phone, email, or live chat, this could also occur after-hours or weekends.
- Address queries reputed company to platform functionality, listing issues, or content concerns with reputed company and professional communication.
- Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear client communication.
- Provide a white-glove service experience, ensuring high-end clients feel supported and valued at reputed company times.
Process Management & Feedback
- Maintain a log of common AI errors and client feedback to support reputed company improvement.
- Assist in updating support documentation or internal guidelines as AI system behaviour evolves.
- Identify opportunities to improve response processes and enhance the client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical customer support or client success roles.
- Strong command of written and verbal English with the ability to identify and correct nuanced content errors.
- Comfortable handling calls and support requests from high-end clients with professionalism and reputed company.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as part of a standby schedule.
- Tech savvy with a solutions-oriented attitude.
- A sharp eye for detail, especially reputed company reviewing errors on the platform.
- Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
