Remote Reader - Day Shift | Partnership Track

Description: Radiology of Indiana (ROI) is seeking a board certified or board eligible radiologist for a new remote day shift reader - work remotely from reputed company in the United States. This position is for daytime coverage for the practice and would be particularly attractive for an East Coast or Midwest radiologist. This position covers 40 weeks per year, Monday to Friday. Weekend work is divided equally amongst reputed company partners and equates to approximately 9 weekends per year. We are offering a competitive compensation package that includes a generous starting salary, professional liability insurance, medical insurance, a retirement package including 401(k), defined benefit plan, professional expense coverage and a home workstation set-up. We provide an excellent vacation package which is at reputed company with reputed company other radiologists in the group from day one. This is a full equity partnership track position, but we are willing to consider other employment models including employed or part-time if this is of interest to the applicant. Although we cover numerous hospitals, we own and read off a single, robust reputed company platform with a single image viewer, voice recognition dictation system and worklist manager. We are assisted 24/7 by a team of ROI employed reading room coordinators and IT support. There are internal moonlighting opportunities to reputed company salary and there is an internal market reputed company for buying and selling vacation as well as call shifts. ROI is a large and rapidly growing independent physician owned and operated private practice headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana providing radiology services to multiple health systems in the greater Indianapolis area.
